Privacy policy

1.  Limitation of Liability for Content on the Website

According to § 7 Abs. 1 TMG the person responsible for the website i. S.v. § 5 maintains the information which is kept ready for use, according to general laws.

The person responsible for the aforementioned website assumes no liability for the topic, correctness and completeness of the content provided on this website. This does not apply if the person responsible is accused of intentional or grossly negligent behaviour. The content was created with the greatest possible care and to the best of our conscience. Nevertheless, the correctness of the content, especially in the case of complex topics, cannot be guaranteed, Therefore the person responsible recommends that users ask the responsible authorities for important information or to seek legal advice.

Contributions, marked by name that are made publicly available on the website operator.

If paid or free and freely accessible content or services are made available on the website, this is a non-binding invitation ad offerendum, which only calls for the user to submit an offer and does not itself represent a binding offer.

According to §§ 8 ff. TMG, the website operator is not responsible for third-party content that he publishes for a user, provided that

  1. he has no knowledge of the unlawful act or the information and, in the case of claims for damages, he is also not aware of any facts or circumstances from which the unlawful act or the information is obvious, or
  2. he took immediate action to remove the information or to block access to it as soon as he became aware of it.

A liability in this regard is therefore only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific infringement of the law is obtained.
If the website operator becomes aware of such illegal content, it will be removed immediately.

2.  Liability for Outbound Links

The website operator makes links to third-party websites from his website. These so-called "hyperlinks" take the user directly to the third-party website. The setting of so-called "hyperlinks" does not mean that the website operator adopts the content behind the link as his own. The website operator has no influence whatsoever on the information on the external website. Therefore, no liability can be assumed for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the content of the external website.

The respective provider or operator of the linked website is solely responsible for the content.

However, the website operator assures that he was not aware of any legal violations at the time the link was set and that he checked the third-party website within reasonable limits.

As long as there are no concrete indications of an infringement, a permanent content control of the linked website is not reasonable for the website operator.

If the website operator becomes aware of the illegality of the linked content, the corresponding link will be removed immediately.

3.  Copyrights

The content published on this website is subject to German copyright and ancillary copyright.

As author i. S.v. § 7 UrhG, the website operator is entitled to the sole and exclusive exploitation rights in accordance with §§ 15 et seq. UrhG. Reproduction or use of any content on the website in third-party electronic or printed media is prohibited without the prior consent of the website operator and may be prosecuted.

Content that was not created by the website operator is marked as such. The copyrights of third parties are respected.

Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, we ask that you inform the website operator accordingly. The website operator will then remove such content immediately.

4.  Privacy

The website can generally be used without entering personal data, e.g. B. name or e-mail address can be used. No personal data is stored.

If it is possible to enter such data, the user provides this data on a voluntary basis. A transfer of this data to third parties without the express consent of the user is excluded.

However, complete protection of the transmitted data against access by unauthorized third parties is not possible, as security gaps can occur in the area of data transmission on the Internet. However, the website operator will try to prevent the risk of unauthorized access by taking appropriate measures and, if he becomes aware of a security gap, will close it using appropriate measures.

The website operator accepts no liability for damage resulting from such security breaches.

When you visit the website, the website operator collects the data that is technically required to display the website to you and to ensure stability and security (IP address, date and time of the request, browser, etc.). This collection of personal data does not constitute an evaluation of personal data.

The use of the contact data published in the imprint by third parties to send unsolicited advertising, in particular spam e-mails, is prohibited and legal action may be taken in the event of non-compliance.
